Where is the best area to rent a villa in Mykonos?
It depends on the stay you want. Platis Gialos and Ornos put you minutes from organised beaches, restaurants and the port. Kalafatis and Kalo Livadi on the east side are calmer and better for families, while Agios Stefanos and Fanari keep you close to Mykonos Town. How much does a luxury villa in Mykonos cost?
Villas in our collection start from €500 per night and reach around €7,000 per night for the largest estates in peak season. The final rate depends on your dates, the length of your stay and the number of guests, so the prices shown on each villa page are indicative — send us your dates and we will prepare an exact quote.
Do Mykonos villas include housekeeping?
Yes — every villa currently in our collection lists daily housekeeping among its services. The exact schedule, and any extra staffing such as a butler or a private chef, is confirmed in writing before you book.
Can I book a private chef with my villa?
Yes. Our team arranges private chefs for in-villa breakfasts, family dinners and celebrations, along with provisioning and restaurant reservations. You can see how it works on our private chef and dining page and we build the menu around your group.
Which villas are suitable for large groups?
Villa Yika in Kanalia (up to 15 guests), Villa Yposka in Agios Stefanos (up to 12 guests), Villa Bloy in Kalafatis (up to 12 guests) are the largest properties in the collection. For bigger parties we can also arrange two neighbouring villas and coordinate them as one stay.
Can Mykonos Access arrange airport transfers and yacht charters?
Yes. We arrange private arrival and departure transfers by chauffeured car or van, and private day charters on crewed yachts, catamarans and RIBs to Delos, Rhenia and the southern beaches. Both can be booked together with your villa.
