Who we are
This website is operated by Christos Angelopoulos (VAT/ΑΦΜ 167043753), operating in Mykonos, Greece. For any privacy question or request, please email us at info@mykonosaccess.com.
What we collect
- Contact details you submit through enquiry forms or WhatsApp (name, phone/WhatsApp number, email, travel dates, preferences).
- Basic technical data (browser type, approximate location, pages visited) if analytics tools are enabled — only after you accept cookies.
- Your saved wishlist/comparison selections, stored locally in your own browser (not on our servers).
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiries and prepare quotes for villas, yachts, transfers and other services.
- To improve the website experience and understand which services visitors are interested in.
- To comply with legal and tax obligations where applicable.
Who we share it with
We do not sell your data. We may share enquiry details with trusted third-party partners strictly necessary to fulfil your request (e.g. a villa owner, yacht operator, or transfer provider), and with service providers who help us run the site (hosting, WhatsApp Business, and — if enabled — Google Analytics/Maps). These providers only process data on our instructions.
Your rights (GDPR)
You have the right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data, and to object to or restrict its use. To exercise any of these rights, please email us at info@mykonosaccess.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (www.dpa.gr).
Data retention
We keep enquiry data only for as long as needed to handle your request and any applicable legal/tax retention period, then delete or anonymise it.
