Nature of this website
Mykonos Access is a concierge and booking-enquiry platform. Villas, yachts, vehicles, chefs and other services shown here are provided by independent third-party owners/partners. We help arrange and coordinate these services on your behalf.
No online payments
This website does not process any payments online. All enquiries submitted (via WhatsApp or contact forms) are requests for availability and pricing — no booking is confirmed, and no charge is made, until we send you a direct, explicit confirmation.
Pricing
Prices shown are indicative starting prices and may vary based on dates, season, duration, group size and availability. The final price is always confirmed with you in writing before any commitment is made.
Your responsibilities
- Providing accurate information when making an enquiry.
- Complying with the rules, house policies and safety instructions of the specific villa, yacht, vehicle or service you book.
- Any damage, deposit or insurance terms set by the individual service provider.
Limitation of liability
We act as an intermediary connecting you with independent service providers. While we carefully vet our partners, we are not liable for acts, omissions, delays or quality issues caused directly by third-party providers, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Governing law
