Vendors are booked a season ahead, the wind decides what is possible on the day, and half the work is knowing who actually turns up. We plan the whole thing on the ground here — venue, styling, food, music, photography and staff — so you deal with one person instead of fifteen.

Planning an Event in Mykonos
Start with the date and the number of people, because those two decide everything else. Peak-season Saturdays at the best venues are gone by winter, and a wedding of eighty is a different island from a dinner of twelve. Once those are fixed we go looking for the setting — a villa, a beach, a chapel, a terrace above the town — and the rest is assembled around it.
We coordinate the vendors ourselves rather than handing you a list: styling and flowers, a chef or catering, music, photography, hair and make-up, staff and security. Guests arriving over several days get transfers timed to their flights, and beds in our villas if you want everyone in one place. On the day, someone from our team is there from setup to the last car leaving.
