Five bedrooms is the size a group of ten actually needs — everyone gets a room, and nobody ends up on a sofa bed. We have three of them: Villa ForEver, Villa Traditional Oasis and Villa Oggi, spread between Ornos and Fanari. Each sleeps ten, each has a private heated pool and sea views, and each is a house we know rather than a listing we pass along. They are close in size and price but different in character and in where they put you on the island, which is usually what decides it. Compare them below, then tell us your dates and what matters most to your group.

This is the sweet spot for two families travelling together, a group of five couples, or a milestone birthday where everyone wants their own door to close. With ten guests you are still under the threshold where a villa starts to feel like a hotel: one dinner table, one pool, one conversation.
If your group is larger, our six-bedroom villas take twelve to fifteen. If you are exactly ten but want more room to spread out, it is worth looking at every villa that sleeps ten — some of the bigger houses take your group comfortably with bedrooms to spare.
Three five-bedroom villas, not thirty. We would rather know each one properly than list everything on the island and hope for the best.

Yes. Every villa in the collection has a private heated pool — not shared, and heated so it is usable in April, May and October as well as high summer.
It depends entirely on when you come: Villa ForEver and Villa Oggi start at €500, and Villa Traditional Oasis starts at €1,150 a night in the quietest month. Rates climb towards late July and August at all of them. Send us your dates and we will come back with exact figures rather than a range.
Yes. Every villa has a chef’s kitchen and outdoor dining, and we arrange private chefs across the collection — breakfasts, family dinners or a one-off celebration.
Every villa in this group lists a private heated pool, sea views, daily housekeeping, breakfast on arrival, Wi-Fi, private parking, air-conditioning, outdoor dining and a barbecue as standard. Anything beyond that — a chef, a boat day, extra staff — we arrange separately and quote before you commit.
