Mykonos Access — Six-Bedroom Houses

6 Bedroom Villas in Mykonos

At six bedrooms the question stops being whether everyone fits and starts being how the house handles a crowd — where fifteen people eat, whether the pool terrace takes everyone at once, how far the furthest bedroom is from the noise. Our three six-bedroom villas sleep 12 to 15 and sit in three different parts of the island: Villa Yposka in Agios Stefanos, Villa Yika in Kanalia and Villa Bloy in Kalafatis. They are genuinely different houses, not three versions of the same one.

Three areas, three different holidays

Where you base a group of twelve matters more than it does for a couple, because moving everyone takes cars and coordination. Villa Yposka is in Agios Stefanos, with a gym and the largest at 450 m², Villa Yika is in Kanalia, with a spa area, a jacuzzi and 4 jacuzzis and Villa Bloy is in Kalafatis. They sit in separate parts of the island, so the drive to town, to the beaches and to dinner is different from each one.

If the group is closer to ten, the five-bedroom villas are usually better value for the same comfort. And you can always explore all luxury villas in Mykonos if you would rather see everything side by side.

Why book with Mykonos Access

A collection, not a catalogue

Large villas are where generic listing sites fail hardest — photos flatter, capacity gets stretched. We only put forward houses we would send our own family to.

Local knowledge

With a group this size, transfers, boat days and restaurant tables need planning before you arrive. That is the part we are actually good at.

One team, start to finish

The person who answers your first message is the person who arranges your transfer, your chef and your table. Nothing is handed to a call centre.

Six-bedroom villas in Mykonos — questions

What is the largest group you can accommodate?

Villa Yika takes up to 15 guests, the largest house in the collection; Villa Yposka sleeps 12 and Villa Bloy sleeps 12. For a party larger than 15 we can pair two villas and run them as a single stay.

Is there enough bathroom capacity for a group this size?

Yes — Villa Yposka has 7.5 bathrooms for 12 guests, Villa Yika has 7 bathrooms for 15 guests and Villa Bloy has 6.5 bathrooms for 12 guests. En-suite bathrooms are listed as standard across the collection.

Can we book two villas for a bigger party?

Yes. For groups beyond fifteen we can arrange two villas and coordinate them as a single stay — one arrival plan, one chef, one set of reservations. Tell us the headcount and we will work out the best pairing.

Do the pools get used in May or October?

Yes — every pool in the collection is heated, which is the difference between a pool you look at and a pool you swim in during the shoulder months.

How do we get everyone from the airport?

We arrange chauffeured vans and cars sized to the group; a party of twelve usually travels in two vehicles, met at arrivals and taken straight to the villa.

Plan a stay for the whole group

Send us the headcount and your dates. We will tell you which of these houses actually works for your group rather than which one is free.
