What a Concierge in Mykonos Actually Does
Mykonos punishes improvisation. There are around thirty taxis for the whole island, the best tables are gone weeks ahead, the meltemi decides whether a boat sails, and August prices are not the prices you read in March. Most of the work is knowing these things before you arrive, and knowing who to call when the plan needs to change at four in the afternoon.
Practically, that means one person who holds the whole trip: the villa matched to your group, the car waiting when you land, the boat on the calmest day of the week, the chef on the night nobody wants to go out, and the table on the night everybody does. You send one message instead of eight.

Villas, boats, chefs, drivers and vendors we have sent guests to before. A small list we can stand behind beats an endless one we cannot.

What does a concierge service in Mykonos cost?
For guests staying in one of our villas, coordination of the trip comes with the stay — you pay for what you book, not for the arranging. For standalone requests we quote per project, depending on what is involved. Either way you get the figure in writing before anything is confirmed.
Do we have to book a villa to use you?
No. Plenty of guests stay in a hotel and come to us for the boat, the driver and the tables. Tell us where you are staying and we build around it.
How far in advance should we get in touch?
For July and August, as early as you can — the villas and the best boats go first, and headline tables are gone one to two weeks ahead. Outside peak season a few days is often enough. Message us either way and we will tell you honestly what is still available.
Can you arrange everything for a whole week?
That is the normal case: 7 villas, 3 boats, 7 chauffeured vehicles, 11 experiences and tables at around 34 venues, all booked and timed together so the days connect instead of clashing.
Do you work with groups and events?
