Mykonos Access — Fanari
Fanari is the only area where we have two villas, which makes it the one place in the collection where a group of ten has a real choice rather than a single option. Villa Traditional Oasis and Villa Oggi are both five-bedroom houses sleeping ten, both with a private heated pool and sea views — and beyond that they are different buildings at different price points. This page exists to help you pick between them.

Everything we have in Fanari is sized for ten. That makes it the right place to look if you are two families travelling together or five couples — and the wrong place if you are six, or fifteen. For those, the collection spreads across five other areas of the island.
Because both houses take the same group, the decision is not about capacity at all. It comes down to the building, the rate on your dates, and the small things that matter more than people expect: how many bathrooms there are for ten people, whether there is a jacuzzi, which terrace catches the afternoon.
One thing we will not do is publish drive times we cannot stand behind. If the distance to town, to the airport or to a particular beach is what decides it for you, ask us and we will give you the real numbers for your arrival.

Villa Oggi — 5 bedrooms · 6 bathrooms · sleeps 10 · from €500 / night, and the only one of the two with a jacuzzi. Both have five bedrooms and sleep ten, so the choice comes down to the building, the rate on your dates and which jacuzzi or terrace you prefer — ask us and we will send photographs of both.

Villa Oggi is the only one of the two with a jacuzzi; Villa Traditional Oasis has one bathroom fewer and a different starting rate. For most groups the dates decide it — send yours and we will tell you which is free and what each would cost.
Yes. Airport and port transfers, a private chef, restaurant tables and boat days are all arranged by the same team that handles your booking.
