Mykonos Villas with a Private Pool

A private pool is the difference between a holiday you spend at the villa and one you spend looking for a sunbed. Every house in our collection has one — never shared, and heated, which matters more than people expect in April, May and October. The collection runs from three bedrooms for six up to six bedrooms for fifteen.

What a private pool actually changes

Mornings are the giveaway. With your own pool the day starts slowly — breakfast outside, nobody rushing to claim a lounger, children in the water before nine. Every villa here pairs the pool with outdoor dining and a barbecue, so lunch and most dinners can happen without anyone getting in a car.

Heated is the other half of it. An unheated pool in Mykonos is pleasant for about ten weeks a year. Heated, it carries the shoulder season, which is when the island is at its best and the rates are at their lowest.

Choosing by group size

For six, Villa Del Capa in Platis Gialos is the smallest house in the collection. For ten, the five-bedroom villas are the natural fit. For twelve to fifteen, look at the six-bedroom villas. If you want the whole picture in one place, explore all luxury villas in Mykonos.

Why book with Mykonos Access

A collection, not a catalogue

We do not pad the collection to look bigger. Every villa on this page is one we have been to, which is why we can tell you which pool catches the afternoon sun.

Local knowledge

Pool, terrace, shade and wind matter enormously in Mykonos and almost never show up in photographs. Ask us and we will tell you.

One team, start to finish

The person who answers your first message is the person who arranges your transfer, your chef and your table. Nothing is handed to a call centre.

Private pool villas — questions

Are the pools heated?

Yes, every pool in the collection is heated. It is listed as a standard amenity on each villa, not an optional extra.

Is the pool shared with other guests?

No. Each pool belongs to its villa alone. You will not be sharing it with neighbouring properties or other bookings.

Are the pools fenced or suitable for small children?

This varies by house and we would rather you asked than assumed. Tell us the ages of the children in your group and we will tell you exactly what each pool terrace is like.

Can we eat outside by the pool?

Yes — outdoor dining and a barbecue are standard across the collection, and a private chef can cook at any of the villas.

Which villa has the best pool terrace?

Honestly, it depends on what you want from it: sun all day, shade at lunch, or a view worth sitting with. Describe your ideal afternoon and we will match it to a house.

Find the right terrace

Tell us your group size and dates and we will send the two or three villas that genuinely fit — with photographs of the pool at the time of day you will actually use it.
